Breast Cancer is Hard. This is a Walk in the Park!

Hi, my name is Shari Goldsmith. I am a wife, mother, sister, friend and I am a Breast Cancer Survivor. In 2007, my breast cancer was caught during a routine sonogram. My mother; lost her battle with breast cancer at the age of 52, I was twenty. My Aunt (a BRCA carrier) also fought breast cancer but lost her battle to ovarian cancer.

I tested negative for the BRCA gene and thought I had a free pass. In 2007 I was diagnosed. I had a double mastectomy and 5 months of chemo.

During my treatment, I created a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization called The WTFC. One hundred percent of the proceeds are donated to breast cancer researchers all over the country and we spread awareness through our WTFC message of "living for today"!

Please join me and team "The WTFC" as we support the Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure". Last year our team raised over $62,000 giving us an 11 year total of $455,579.

This will be our 12th year of participation. We have had the largest community team for many years and we have the most awesome shirts! So please register and join us today!
