Let's step forward together in a show of support for our colleagues, family members and friends who have been affected by breast cancer. Funds raised support Komen's mission: to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.

PepsiCo first participated in the NYC race in 2009 and is proud to field one of the largest corporate teams with more than 1,000 members. Our associates are involved in races across the country, and together we are honored to partner with Susan G. Komen.

Promoting healthier communities is an important pillar of Performance with Purpose, the cornerstone of PepsiCo's value system. We are committed to delivering great performance while improving the lives of people in the communities where we live and work.

Margaret's Story

In 2015, Margaret was in the midst of PepsiCo's Race for the Cure campaign when she learned her mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

“I had just hung up from a Team PepsiCo call when my mom called. I remember feeling frightened, but at the same time I had a sense that she was going to be okay. My volunteering to fight this disease took on new meaning — the battle was now personal. I continue to volunteer in support of this very important cause and I am happy to say that, after a partial mastectomy and chemotherapy, my mom is now cancer free.”
